Commuter Challenge - Adding Team Member Names

Hi,

I've signed up a team for the commuter challenge. How do I add team member names so they receive commuting credit get entered into the prize drawings?

Commuter Challenge Participation Log

We'll soon post the Commuter Challenge participation log form and instructions where the Challenge announcement now appears. Team Captains will use that form to record and report their team's participation. Individual participants will use the same form.
